Once you place an order, our formulation team begins creating your personalized serum within 24 hours.
Unlike off-the-shelf products, your formula goes through multiple steps: formulation, stability checks, compliance, and packaging design.
This personalized process takes about 24–30 days before dispatch.
Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bangalore) → 3–5 days after dispatch.
Other Indian Locations → 5–10 days after dispatch.

Prepaid Orders → Free shipping on all personalized serums.
Cash on Delivery (COD) → Available with an additional fee of ₹70.
Since your serum is custom-prepared, we request you to provide accurate address and contact details at checkout.
Orders once placed cannot be changed or redirected to a different address.
Each order ships to a single address only.
You’ll receive an email and SMS with tracking details once your serum is dispatched.
