At Lush Evening, every serum is freshly crafted just for you after you complete your skin quiz. Because each product is custom-made, our shipping process is slightly different from regular skincare brands.
1. Processing & Crafting Time
Once you place an order, our formulation team begins creating your personalized serum within 24 hours.
Unlike off-the-shelf products, your formula goes through multiple steps: formulation, stability checks, compliance, and packaging design.
This personalized process takes about 24–30 days before dispatch.
2. Delivery Timeline (After Dispatch)
Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bangalore) → 3–5 days after dispatch.
Other Indian Locations → 5–10 days after dispatch.
Please note: delivery times may vary during festivals, strikes, or unforeseen delays.
3. Shipping Charges
Prepaid Orders → Free shipping on all personalized serums.
Cash on Delivery (COD) → Available with an additional fee of ₹70.
4. Address & Order Handling
Since your serum is custom-prepared, we request you to provide accurate address and contact details at checkout.
Orders once placed cannot be changed or redirected to a different address.
Each order ships to a single address only.
5. Delivery & Communication
You’ll receive an email and SMS with tracking details once your serum is dispatched.
If your order hasn’t reached you within 15 days, please write to us at 📧 support@lushevening.com with your order ID.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If your personalized product arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, reach out within 5 days of delivery.
Our support team will guide you through the next steps (refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy).
7. International Shipping
Currently, Lush Evening delivers across India only.
International shipping is coming soon, so your personalized skincare can reach you wherever you are.

Unlike mass-market skincare, your Lush Evening serum is not picked from a shelf. It’s carefully crafted, tested, and packed just for you. This is why your delivery takes longer—but ensures a safe, fresh, and effective product.
