Orders & Delivery
Since every serum is freshly made for you, it takes 24–30 days (including formulation, production, and delivery). Domestic delivery: 5–10 days after dispatch. International: 10–15 days after dispatch.
Because each serum is personalized, we don’t accept returns. However, if your product arrives damaged or defective, we’ll send you a free replacement.
