At Lush Evening, every serum is uniquely crafted for you based on your skin quiz. Because each order is personalized, we do not accept cancellations or returns due to change of mind, preferences, or suitability.
However, we care deeply about your experience and offer cancellations, refunds, or replacements under specific conditions listed below.
Before Processing: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order by emailing us at support@lushevening.com. If cancellation is approved, you will receive a full refund.
After Processing/Shipping: Once your personalized serum is in preparation or shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
If you no longer want the product at the time of delivery, please reject the package. In prepaid cases, refund eligibility will be assessed once the package is returned to us.
You received the wrong product (not matching your order or skin concerns).
The product arrived damaged, broken, or leaking.
The product is expired or unsafe to use.
You experienced a documented allergic reaction (with proof submitted within the timeframe).
Products must be unused and reported within 5 days of delivery.
Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging may be requested.
